GABA tea is rested and fermented in a special anaerobic (nitrogen-filled, oxygen-free) environment, so the leaves naturally accumulate gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).
The liquor is mellow with a gentle fruit acidity and a clear sweet finish — smooth, never bitter, and lovely for a relaxed afternoon or evening.

Recommended: steep 1 sachet (3 g) in about 350–500 ml of 85–95°C hot water for 2.5 hours or more; one sachet per brew — no re-steeping. Add ice or refrigerate afterwards for an iced drink.
